OMNI inks MOA with National University Baliwag

OMNI Aviation and National University Baliwag have solidified their collaboration through a recent memorandum of agreement (MOA) signing on August 23, 2023, at the OMNI Aviation Audio Visual Room. The collaboration aims to provide OJT programs to NU Baliwag’s tourism and hospitality management students.

The ceremonial signing commenced with preliminary proceedings, including an invocation and the national anthem, followed by welcoming remarks by Capt. Eleazar Cayago, Vice President of OMNI Aviation. Capt. Cayago emphasized that OMNI values collaboration and partnerships such as this. While Mr. Rufino Oliva, NU Baliwag’s Executive Director, underscored the importance of this partnership to their students.

“OMNI Aviation will play a very big part in the development of our students,” he said.

The MOA was formally signed by key representatives: Capt. Eleazar Cayago, OMNI’s Vice President; Ms. Lilibeth Ramos-Mangulabnan, Head of the Business Development Group; Mr. Rufino Oliva, Executive Director of NU Baliwag; and Mr. Jayson Raymund Bermundez, Academic Director of NU Baliwag. Also present at the event were Ms. Jinky Dimacali, Head of the OMNI IATA Group; Juan Paulo Gomez, OMNI’s Sales Manager; Mark Chris Lapuz, Dean of STHM at NU Baliwag; Mary Grace Sumugat and Bienvenido Manabat, Program Chairs; Jenny Rose Naval, Coordinator AILPO; Reynita Del Fonso and Jean Ludette Salvador, OJT Coordinators of STHM.

Distinguished representatives from NU Baliwag expressed their gratitude and excitement for this partnership, all with the hopes that this will be fruitful for both parties and beneficial to the students of the University. Capt. Cayago graciously offered a tour around the OMNI Complex to the guests in attendance.
