OMNI inks MOA with MCC

OMNI Aviation Corporation and Mabalacat City College signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) on November 18, 2022, at Mabalacat City College, which aims to provide the students with the AMADEUS GDS (Global Distribution System) Training Certification.

At the MOA signing were OMNI’s Business Development Group Head, Ms. Lilibeth Ramos-Mangulabnan; OMNI IATA Group Head, Ms. Jinky D. Dimacali; welcomed by Mabalacat City College Officer-in-Charge/VPAA, Dr. Michael A. Mesa; Dean of the Institute of Hospitality and Tourism Management, Ms. Jennyfer N. Merza; and BS in Tourism Management Program Head, Ms. Giezel S. Aquino.

Ms. Jennyfer N. Merza shares that the AMADEUS Global Distribution System is now widely used by travel businesses, making it crucial for individuals who want to secure a career in the travel sector. Thus, MCC’s fourth-year students under the BS in Tourism Management will certainly benefit from this training that will prepare them for the demands of the industry.

With this agreement, MCC will deploy 113 students in 5 batches from December 1, 2022, to February 14, 2023, to complete their on-site training at OMNI Aviation and receive their certifications.
