On June 23, 2025, OMNI Aviation formally signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with Capiz State University (CAPSU)—Sigma Satellite College at the OMNI Aviation Complex.

This partnership marks a collaborative effort to train CAPSU’s Tourism students through OMNI Aviation’s internship programs, designed to prepare them for careers in the aviation and tourism industries.

Present during the ceremonial signing were Ms. Lilibeth Ramos-Mangulabnan, OMNI’s Ground Service Training Group Head; Mr. Mikhail Josef Siy-hian, Cabin Crew Training Head; Dr. Kirsty G. Tanque, Department Head of Tourism Management at CAPSU—Sigma Satellite College; and Ms. Justine Deleña, MBA-HM, SIPP Coordinator.
