OMNI Aviation Hosts Successful 'Earn Your Wings and Conquer the Skies' Symposium

OMNI Aviation recently held its "Earn Your Wings and Conquer the Skies" Symposium on June 16, 2023, at the Prime City Hotel. The event recorded more than 200 attendees eager to pursue careers as cabin crew and ground crew professionals. The symposium featured esteemed industry experts: Mr. Leonides Peña, former director of cabin crew operations at PALEx; Ms. Marie Angeli Tan, HR Manager of DNATA Travel; and Ms. Erika Marie Virtudazo, Customer Service Passenger Trainer (PAGSS) and former Flight Attendant of Qatar Airways and Air Niugini.

Ms. Lilibeth Ramos-Mangulabnan, Head of OMNI's Business Development Group, commenced the event with her energizing opening remarks.

Meanwhile, Ms. Erika Marie Virtudazo highlighted her experiences as a former cabin crew professional and now as a Customer Service Passenger Trainer at PAGSS. She reminded the participants to avoid comparison with other people, as each individual tackles a different path.
