OMNI Aviation and the Philippine State College of Aeronautics (PhilSCA)–Villamor Air Base have reaffirmed their partnership through a ceremonial signing, marking the renewal of OMNI Aviation’s accreditation as one of PhilSCA’s Host Training Establishments (HTE).
The event, held on March 24, 2025, at the PhilSCA Audio-Visual Room, recognized OMNI Aviation alongside other accredited institutions.

The MOA signing started with Preliminaries (Invocation, National Anthem, PhilSCA Mission, Vision, and Core Values, PhilSCA Hymn), which was followed by Welcome Remarks by the Director of PhilSCA International and Local Linkages Office, Dr. Maria Sisa T. Dela Cruz. Each HTE was awarded a Certificate of Accreditation, followed by the MOA Signing Proper led by PhilSCA’s President, Prof. Marwin M. Dela Cruz, Ph.D.
OMNI Aviation, represented by Capt. Eleazar Cayago, Vice President and Accountable Manager, officially signed and accepted the renewed agreement.
During the ceremony, Capt. Cayago emphasized the vital role of Host Training Establishments (HTEs) in preparing students for successful careers in the aviation industry.

OMNI Aviation, alongside other esteemed institutions, was proudly recognized as one of the 48 HTEs of PhilSCA present at the event.
Originally accredited on June 7, 2022, OMNI Aviation continues to serve as a trusted training partner, reinforcing the shared commitment of both institutions to equipping students with the skills and experience needed for the aviation industry.
