In a bid to improve its Cabin Crew Training, Omni Airline Training Academy partnered with John Robert Powers. The partnership intends to boost the Academy’s program for airline cabin crews in the future.

The Omni Airline Training Academy, the only IATA certified training school in the Philippines, plans to boost its production of Airline-ready cabin crew. In line with this, the partnership with JRP helps develop the Academy’s programs to develop the dynamism of its students.

The would-be Airline cabin crew will become professionals with striking personalities. The Academy is set on making its trainees become unforgettable and excellent in their chosen field.

Through the partnership, the Academy will revamp its training through the basics of effective communication. Other than this, it will help hone students to know the in’s and out’s of basic grooming (style, skin and hair care). They will also enhance the dining etiquette which the cabin crew will need when working in the plane.

The JRP will also help bring out a student’s personal branding. The Academy aims to boost their students’ intrapersonal and social skills. The Academy’s goal is to make its future cabin crew both confident and efficient.

Through this tandem, the Academy becomes equipped in producing cabin crew with the “total package” to be the best in the Airline industry.
