Like people, machines also need some TLC to run smoothly and stay in tiptop condition. After all, these are the “tools” that let every pilot and crew do their job safely, securely and excellently. With OMNI’s OJT Plus, students go through a comprehensive on-the-job course to get them ready for actual hurdles and challenges posed by this profession, and teach them to meet (and exceed!) international standards in becoming the best in the world.


level aA three month training in which they can assist in the run-up procedure, inspections and troubleshooting on mechanics or avionics in charge. A LEVEL A trainee maintains cleanliness around the training area. This course is a completion for their school requirements.
level bLVL A trainees are promoted to LEVEL B after their 3 months of training. A LEVEL B trainee also functions as a LEVEL A trainee but they can engage in Engine Run-up procedures and aids mechanics or avionics on troubleshooting. He/She can also aid in helping the aerodrome or fuel technician.
maintenance-3Promoting LEVEL B trainees to LEVEL C requires them to pass an exam and should have a six months of training. He or she can aid mechanics/avionics or perform aircraft troubleshooting. If allowed, they can do the work of an aerodrome and or the fuel technician. They can be deployed in Subic, Zambales for a week to assist other mechanic/avionic –in-charge. If the MTC requires a junior instructor, LVL C trainees are allowed to partake an exam for them to be promoted to a junior instructor.
maintenance-3There are 20 LEVEL D trainees in OMNI. Promoting LVL C trainees to LVL D requires them to pass an examination and a year of train9ing. He/She can also be deployed in our branch in Subic, Zambales for a week. Aiding the mechanics/avionics during troubleshooting is their top priority. When turning to LVL D, he will start to have an allowance and can be promoted as a Junior Instructor or regular Mechanic or Avionics if there is an available slot.
A 6 month training that integrates LVL A and LVL B training but with schoolings that includes subjects such as Engine Familiarization, Run –up and Taxi procedures, trouble shooting and soft skills. He/She will have a scheduled schoolings as a part of improving his knowledge and skills. After each class, he/she will engage in either written or practical examination prepared by the instructor.

The package includes a personal protective equipment (PPE) that includes safety vest, earplugs, workers glove, safety goggles, reflectorized cargo pants, steel toe shoes and Philip screw driver
